Big Beat branding was founded by Sally, who has extensive experience in both traditional marketing communication and HR from the perspective of company culture, people engagement and employer branding.

Between 2011 and 2019, Sally founded and built Spotify’s People experience team, creating the company’s strategy for employee engagement and internal events.

Simultaneously, she project managed the creation of Spotify’s first EVP, the evolution of the company values, and managing the content creation and marketing of Spotify’s employer brand.

Before that Sally worked for multiple PR agencies, working across a broad portfolio of clients from musicians, festivals, books & authors, media & advertising, tech, restaurants and drinks brands.
